The BrookLynk Youth Job Fair is a great way to connect with young talent that is ready and motivated to begin their professional careers. BrookLynk partners with various community, education, and service partners in the community to connect with young people actively looking for employment opportunities.

As an employer at the youth job fair, you will have the opportunity to connect with young people ages 14-25 actively looking for employment opportunities and establish your presence as an employer in the community.

Expectation for All Employers in Attendance:

It is expected that every employer in attendance be actively recruiting or hiring for job openings. To help you find the right candidate at the job fair, we will be providing:

  • Access to computers for job seekers to complete online job applications.

  • Space for on-site interviews to be conducted

How do I register as an employer? 

There is no fee to attend the BrookLynk Youth Job Fair  as an employer.

After you register, a BrookLynk team member will be contacting you with next steps and important information. 

You can support youth employment by becoming a sponsor! During the job fair, BrookLynk will provide snacks and beverages for volunteers, vendors and job seekers. Additionally, we are seeking items for a raffle giveaway and funding support for transportation for youth attendees. What can employers expect at the Youth Job Fair?

Employers will be provided

  • Access to hundreds of highly motivated and qualified youth job seekers

  • Space to conduct on-site interviews with potential candidates

  • 5' x 3' table with two chairs

  • Light refreshments and snacks

What am i expected to bring as a vendor? 

Employers are asked to come prepared with the following:

  • Information on available job opportunities actively being filled

  • At minimum 1-2 recruiters/representatives for booth and on-site interviews support

  • Floor display or banners are welcome

    • Branded table cover (if applicable)

    • Collateral and applications (if applicable)

A good booth is simply a stage for information exchange - be the focus, not the exhibit. The booth is a visual representation of the employer and should be engaging for job seekers.  The booth may be what draws in a potential job seeker, but it is the employers presentation and first-impression that can make an impact on a job seeker.
