A TRADES TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED BY BROOKLYNK AND DISINVESTED YOUTH GAMING INITIATIVE (DG) FOR YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS 14-24

Put on a VR headset. Step inside the job. Then pick up the tools and do it for real. We’re bringing a mobile trades shop to the Teen Center where you can get hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Diagnose a system, build a pipe model, wire a working circuit, or make something out of wood and take it home.

You will have a chance to hear what the program is all about, try the VR experience, and get a feel for the trades before the workshops begin!
