Building Career Pathways is a joint strategic initiative by both the City of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center centering around education and training opportunities to our existing BrookLynk alumni, along with residents of both the cities and surrounding areas. Our approach to workforce development is centered around the experience of the job seeker to stay competitive in a global marketplace.

Through feedback from our existing program participants and the market demand, we have identified three strategic sectors (construction and trades, information technology, and entrepreneurship) and support services for those who experience barriers to enable Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center residents embark on or advance their careers.
