Get Ready! is a comprehensive pre-employment training program that equips young people aged 14-24 with the foundational skills needed for successful job placement and navigating the work environment.

Eligible participants must live and/or attend school in the Northwest Suburbs, face one or more barriers to employment, and express interest in landing a BrookLynk summer internship.
