Looking for a great summer opportunity to advance your work experience in a meaningful way? Those between the ages of 16-21 who attend Get Ready! and an additional internship training are invited to apply for a paid summer internship.
Internships are an amazing opportunity to gain work experience, work skills, and to build a professional network. Your experience as an intern can help propel you forward and help you develop your pathway to college and career.
Looking to land a job this summer, but don't know how? BrookLynk provides training that prepares young people ages 14-21 with the skills they need to successfully land a job. During training you'll learn how to build a resume and interview so that you can land the job you want, and you'll also learn key skills like professional communication, workplace ethics, and networking.
Who is Eligible for BrookLynk
BrookLynk is open to young people between the ages of 14-21 who live in or attend school in Brooklyn Center or Brooklyn Park and are not yet enrolled in college (PSEO or concurrent enrollment is okay). Also young people must face some barrier to employment.
No previous work experience is required to be a part of BrookLynk.
